Accomodations

All convention meetings will be free and open to the public. However, for the convenience of the attendees, a number of rooms have been reserved in the Crestwood Suites hotel, where the meetings will be held. You may either choose to be assigned to a room along with 3 other roommates, or you and your family can share your own room. The rooms have been reserved in advance for Wednesday evening through Sunday morning (4 nights). Please indicate your preference below:

	I will NOT need a room—I have arranged my own accommodation. (Free)
	I would like to stay all 4 nights at the hotel in a shared 4-person room ($62)
	My family and I would like a room to ourselves all 4 nights. ($248)

Food

Food arrangements have also been made for 12 meals during the 4 days of the convention. However, attendees also have the option of providing their own food. Here is a list of local restaurants. Also, each hotel room includes a kitchen with a microwave, a stove top, an oven, and a small refrigerator.
